How is the price calculated?
We keep comparing buy-back prices on the market and calculate our offer for your model, storage and condition from them. The final price is fixed once we have checked the device in the shop.
Is the offer binding?
It is an estimate based on your details. If the condition differs, you get an adjusted offer in the shop and then decide.
How long is the offer valid?
14 days from your request.
What do I need to bring?
The device and an ID. Please turn off “Find My” beforehand, sign out of your Apple ID and reset the device.
Do you also buy broken devices?
Yes. A broken screen, frame, back glass or battery — the calculator takes it into account. If the device does not start or Face ID, the front camera or the speaker do not work, you get an offer after a check in the shop.
Do you also buy iPads or MacBooks?
Yes, just message us on WhatsApp — we will make you an offer.
